Sanford Children’s Hospital is the primary pediatric teaching facility of the Sanford School of Medicine of The University of South Dakota and will be home to the only pediatric residency program in the Dakotas. All of our pediatricians and pediatric surgeons serve as faculty members of the Department of Pediatrics of the Sanford School of Medicine, devoting time to teaching trainees in addition to their busy clinical practices. Learn about our exciting new children’s hospital, scheduled to open in 2009.
